To ensure the highest standards of service and care, we require a skin test at least 24 hours before any colouring services. We understand life can be unpredictable, but please remember your appointments are reserved especially for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This gives us the opportunity to offer the slot to another client. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee, as it prevents us from accommodating others.
